U.S. Shipping

Contour House currently ships within the United States.

Processing and delivery

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery estimates vary by product and begin after shipment. The Arc Table typically arrives in 3–5 business days after shipment. The 5-Piece Caulking Tool Set is currently estimated at 5–11 days after shipment. Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping cost

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Some eligible U.S. orders may include free standard shipping.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address supplied with the order.

Restrictions and address accuracy

Some locations and address types might not be eligible, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes might not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Lost or damaged shipments
